eCOMMERCE COORDINATOR (ENTRY LEVEL)
Job Purpose (Job Summary):
Assist in managing e-commerce website: product information, categorization, navigation and online sales.
Ideal Candidate:
Diligent, self-motivating individual, focused and detail oriented with advanced computer/data entry skills, committed to providing exceptional online support and customer service.
Experience working a similar job would be an advantage!
Key requirements:
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced Online Marketing Platforms listing business environment
  • Familiar with e-commerce website maintenance and sales
  • Able to write copy / product descriptions
  • Comfortable taking product photos
  • Power Selling ; maintaining top rated seller standing
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop
  • Able to compose Excel spreadsheets
  • Pleasant phone voice and demeanor
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful and self-motivated; able to work independently as well as in a Team
  • Have a Team-Player mentality; be customer focused
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills needed
Job Duties: responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Day to day downloading and listing product information on online marketing platforms
  • Taking photos/catalog shots of products and performing basic photo editing
  • Writing copy, creating content and updates with goal towards SEO/search engine optimization and sales
  • Maintaining integrity and accuracy of content
  • Printing and processing online orders
  • Online sales tracking
  • May process returns/RMA's
  • Answering phone inquiries regarding order status, tracking and back orders
  • Order scheduling and minor inventory management
  • May deal with escalated customer issues
  • Maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  • Contributes to Team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks in a timely manner
  • Performs other administrative/clerical/sales support duties as assigned.
Experience:
  • e-commerce online sales listing: 2 years (Required)

Job descriptionWe’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

Jr Marketing Assistant
Job description· Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
· Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical information.
· Assist in the organizing of promotional on-line events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
· Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
· Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
· Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market
· Write packaging copy and content for Webinar PowerPoint Presentations
· Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
Requirements
· Proven experience as a marketing assistant- Minimum 3 years
· Good understanding of marketing principles
· Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
· Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
· Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
